If you are going to work online, then having the right tools is not only necessary, but mandatory for success. There are so many tools out there, so it can be hard to decide which ones to use.

I have listed here a few of my favorites and I am sure that once you see what is listed, you will know why. Most are free and the ones that do have a cost are minimal compared to what else you will find out there if you were to search on your own.

This is a one stop shop for web sites, hosting, domains and more. I am not currently a member, but if I had to do it all over again, I would give this site some serious consideration. 

WEB SITES
Weebly
Create a free and great looking website in minutes. Also includes free hosting. Easy to follow point and click set up. No technical skills required. They have a huge array of design templates to choose from to make your site stand out and take notice.

Blogger
This is owned by Google and perhaps one of the easiest blogs to put together ever. In fact, if you are reading this post, then you are reading a blogger blog.

Wordpress
There are 2 types of word press systems. There is the .com and the .org. The .org is free hosting and the .com will require you find your own hosting. However, if you truly want to control your content and not be concerned about the company taking your site down, go with the .com, which is the one listed here. This site works well with the recommended hosting packages listed on this page.

PINGING
If you want to let online services know that you have an updated blog, new content, etc, then pinging is a great way to get your message out. A lot of blogs will automatically ping for you when you update, but if they don't or you want to speed up the process you can try a few of these ping sites:

PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS AND/OR MASTER RESELL RIGHTS
This is the nuts and bolts to your business. It is probably the number one way to send and receive money online and more and more businesses are using it. It also works well with auction sites, affiliate sales, and more. If you don't already have an account, then you need to get one.
